Qualified Staff
Ensuring our workforce is fit for purpose, we undertake in-house induction activities and annual mandatory training updates for all employees. We also have eligible NVQ level 2 and 3 staff available for care-requiring work such as:
- Manual Handling
- Infection Control/Infection Management
- Basic Life Support / First Aid
- Fire Safety
- Health and Safety (including COSHH and RIDDOR)
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Protection of Vulnerable Children
- Specialist Training for Professional Career Development
- Intravenous and Cannulation Updates
- Food Hygiene Updates (Basic Food Hygiene)
We also conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals with staff and keep in close contact with them while on placement. Furthermore, we carry out annual health checks on all employees to ensure their physical and mental health to practice.
